· Printed Proposal – Added an option to allow a choice of how to sort quote line items on the printed proposal, either by the order line items were entered on the quote or by price on the quote line item, highest to lowest. Previously quote items were automatically sorted by price.
· Service Location List Report – Added location type to the Service Location List report.
· Job Summary Analysis Report – Added Work Suggested Notes to Job summary analysis report.

Time Slot Capacity
Management - helps you better manage
the scheduling of appointments. From both Call Taking and Dispatch, you can easily
see how many appointments are booked versus your
capacity. This allows call takers and
dispatchers to find open slots quickly. This also helps fill open slots
created when calls are canceled or rescheduled and helps you stay scheduled to

· Invoice notes – Added an additional invoice notes field in Company Setup that will print on the front page of AR invoices to accommodate regulatory requirements in certain states. Also added a checkbox that will allow the invoice notes to print in a large (12 pt.) font as required in certain states when printing regulatory information.
· Mapping with Google Maps and Real Time GPS Data – You can now see, in real time, where your fleet is in Google Maps. This results in more accurate ETA calculations to customer sites, taking current traffic into account. This feature relies on an integration with a GPS data provider. Currently, SuccessWare®21 ingrates with two of the top GPS fleet management providers to provide GPS data: TomTom and GPSTrackIt. For more information on Mapping with Google Maps, click here. · Decline Minimizer – Experience far less declines and avoid making calls to get updated card information with OpenEdge's Decline Minimizer program. For additional information click here
· AR Invoice posting performance – Posting invoices or payments would get slower when there were a large number of unreconciled items in the default cash box account. This would be noticeable if neglecting to reconcile the cash box account on a regular basis, or when posting a large batch of periodic billing invoices.
· OpenEdge (XCharge) Add-on Properties
o Aliases can be exported to a CSV file for transfer to your new processor
o Aliases are not removed when disabling payment processing
o The user can choose whether to keep aliases or not when switching to a new processor
o Added the ability to re-enable payment processing when it is crippled because of a domain or company number change
o Prevent access to payment processing functionality when logged into a tutorial database
· Agreement / Periodic Billing Improvements
o When setting up recurring payments for fixed term agreements the recurring payment end date is no longer based solely on the end date of the agreement. Fixes have been put in place to make sure that the number of recurring payments to be processed will match the number of periodic invoices remaining to be generated.
o Added an action link for displaying the recurring information directly from XCharge
o Do not allow creating of a recurring payment when the Next Billing Date is before the recurring payment that would be created
o Do not allow cancelling of a recurring payment when billings that would be for a recurring payment are missing

· Timecard Report – When the 'New page for each employee’ option is checked, a note and employee/company signature lines can be printed below the employee totals. To modify the signature note and configure whether or not to print the line for a company signature or not, go to the Other tab in Company Setup.
· Cash Receipt / Customer Refund – If an error occurs when posting from the cash receipt form or from the customer refund form, the XCharge transaction will also be voided.
