· Customer Purchase Order Number – Added customer purchase order number to several key reports and managers. Includes the Invoice List report, Sales Invoices report, Jobs Taken/Booked report, Calls report, Open Receivables report, AR Aging report, Receivables Manager (Invoices View), and Invoice Manager.
· Purchase Order and Receipt/Vendor Invoice – Added warehouse Bin No to the grids in the Purchase Order and the Receipt/Invoice forms.
· AR Transactions Report – Added Invoice Type (Job, Project, Agreement, Counter Sale) for INV and N-INV type receivables. This will show in both the main transaction information and allocation detail.
· Purchase Orders – Added a Delete PO user ability that can be set separately from Create/Modify PO.
· Customer PO Numbers – Customer purchase order number on Job and AR Invoice has been increased from 12 characters to 18 characters.
· Purchasing Manager, Vendor Parts – When using the Vendor Parts view of the Purchasing Manager items are now filtered for active items only by default. Turn off the “Active” filter to see all item, including inactive ones.
· Job Manager – Added a Customer PO Number search and also added Customer PO Number to the grid for viewing and sorting purposes.
· Bank account register, register item review – In addition to being able to edit a check number on a posted check payment, now the reference number on other forms of payment can be edited as well.
· Main menu – Added 'Phone Call Review' menu option under Customer Service category. A button can also be added permanently to the toolbar using ‘Customize’.
· Agreement – Added a new indicator and status message to the agreement form showing when an agreement has been activated but is not yet active due to a future start date. The agreement will show a dark green check mark, instead of bright green.
· Pricebook Price Setup - Added the ability to round task price calculations to the nearest dollar. Previously, the only rounding option available was to round up to the next dollar amount. This option can be useful when trying to match prices to an externally generated price book.
· Dropbox - SuccessWare®21 now integrates directly with Dropbox API which allows you to seamlessly and easily open Location Documents stored in Dropbox. Once uploaded to Dropbox your Location Documents are immediately available for viewing within SuccessWare®21. For additional information click here
· Concern phone calls - Concern resolution field size is now unlimited (was previously limited to 150 characters).
· Add-On Manager - the place to go to browse and enable Add-On products in SuccessWare®21, for additional information click here
· CompanyCam - SuccessWare®21 integrates with CompanyCam which allows you to store pictures categorized by project and technician. Once uploaded to CompanyCam these pictures are immediately available for viewing by other CompanyCam users, and also from within SuccessWare®21. For additional information click here
· Reports – Most reports in the system no longer display modally, meaning that other forms may be used while a report is being displayed. This enhancement applies to reports generated from the Report Gallery, KPI Manager, and grids within Managers and other forms.
· Reference Books - Reference Book grid columns now can also be sorted in descending order by clicking the column heading a 2nd time.

Restored modal operation of the grid

Distance, Time, and ETA are no longer
auto-calculated indiscriminately. Distance and time data between locations on
the schedule are also now being cached. A refresh icon will appear where an ETA may
be available and needs to be calculated. Click the “Calculate ETA based on…”
button to refresh any missing ETA values.
These enhancements eliminate unnecessary internet API calls improving
performance of map loading, navigation, and refresh. |

SWAPI |
For
third party agents that user multiple server URL's
for SWAPI message delivery, if delivery to one URL would fail, the messages
to all URL's would be repetitively sent on each message delivery cycle until
messages for all URL's succeeded. Now the system processes
each URL individually and will properly record success or failure of each URL
separately. |
