Add-On Manager

The Add-On Manager is the place to go to browse and enable Add-On products in SuccessWare®21. Examples of add-on products include:

· SW Remote

· Open Edge (formerly XCharge)

· Review Buzz

· CompanyCam

Setup

There is nothing to setup in SuccessWare®21 to use the Add-On Manager, it is available via the Main Menu.

Note: some add-ons require the use of SWAPI, for SWAPI Server installation instructions click here.

Images

The Add-On Manager will display various images next to each add-on, here is a list of the most common ones and what they mean:

 - Indicates this add-on is currently enabled for use

 - Indicates this is a new add-on

 - Indicates this is an add-on that is currently in beta.

How Do I Enable an Add-On

Open the Add-On Manager, browser more add-ons, then click the add link. A setup wizard will guide you through the required steps to enable the add-on in SuccessWare®21.

Configuring Add-On’s from Add-On Manager requires “Administrative Task” ability.
