· Send to GPS - TomTom - Send to GPS for TomTom now includes email address with the instructions and the contact name field. This addition helps to facilitate an integration being built between TomTom and ReviewBuzz.
· Agreement Manager, Visits Due Report - Added location email address to facilitate contacting the customer by sending out notifications for visit due, etc.
· Receipt/Vendor Invoice - Added a right-click option to set all quantities to zero. This can be useful when doing a partial receipt from a very large purchase. If you are only receiving a few items you can zero all, then enter the quantities for the few items that you are receiving. Also added a right-click option to set all quantities to expected quantity (available when receipt/invoice is from a PO). This would be useful if quantities were all set to zero by mistake.
· Check Register Report - Name column now shows the customer first name along with the last name. Added a column for customer (or vendor) account number.
· Account Reconciliation Report - Added columns for customer (or vendor) account number and name (last/first or company name)
· User Setup - A checkbox has been added to the form that can be checked when trying to set up a user that is also a technician/employee who connects to SuccessWare®21 through a third party app such as SWRemote. Use of the checkbox can help in getting the user set up correctly for remote access with the ability to update call progress and punch time cards. The following requirements must be met when setting up a remote technician user,
o In order for a user/technician to be able to connect via the SuccessWare21® API, the user must be in a User Group that allows logon via a third party agent such as SWRemote.
o In order to be able to post call progress and make timecard entries, the Username must exactly match the technician’s Employee Code. When adding a new user, if the checkbox is checked, a dropdown button shows for the Username that will list active employees for selection of an Employee Code.
Note that the checkbox will not be visible when there are no enabled third party application agents in the Agent Manager.

redistributable. The newest driver available will automatically
be chosen. The preferred driver order is ACE 2016, ACE 2010, and then
JET. The use of the ACE drivers also
now allows support for "Excel Workbook (*.xlsx)"
files. If the current installed driver does not support the xlsx file a dialog will inform
the user. |

A checkbox has been added to the form that can be checked when trying to set up a user that is also a technician/employee who connects to SuccessWare®21 through a third party app such as SWRemote. Use of the checkbox can help in getting the user set up correctly for remote access with the ability to update call progress and punch time cards. |

Modified the values for Progress in AssignmentQuery (AssignmentListQuery) replacing the value ‘new’ with either ‘scheduled’ or ‘unscheduled’. The additional values distinguish between assignments that have a specific time of day assigned and those that do not. The values may be used to filter out assignments that do not have a time assigned yet. |
