SuccessWare21 notes fields include spell check abilities. This includes the ability to create, manage, and use custom dictionaries for industry specific terms.
No special setup required. By default the system will create a custom dictionary for each SuccessWare21 user based on their SuccessWare21 user name.
Spelling check will automatically be performed on notes fields when in edit mode. Unidentified or misspelled words will be underlined with a wiggly red line typically like what you see in Microsoft Word. You can right-click misspelled words for immediate suggestions and advanced spell check features.

There is a variety of customizable options.
Options on the spelling tab will allow individual users to customize how spell check behaves for them.
The Language default is English. (Currently the only one provided) The user may choose to use a custom dictionary, by checking the box next to the dictionary, if desired to include dictionaries of other users.
Each user has their own custom dictionary which can be modified. You may add words, auto-corrections, and exclusions using the controls provided on each tab.
You may add auto-corrections for commonly misspelled words.
Exclusions may be entered as well. Exclusions will not produce any suggested spellings in spell check popup dialogs.
