Guides and Additional Documentation
· Inventory Requisitions, Returns, and Transfers – Added the warehouse Bin No column to the item detail for reference and for sorting.
· Project Manager – Added project description to the search parameters on the SEARCH view.
· Invoice notes – Added an additional invoice notes field in Company Setup that will print on the front page of AR invoices to accommodate regulatory requirements in certain states. Also added a checkbox that will allow the invoice notes to print in a large (12 pt.) font as required in certain states when printing regulatory information.
· Timecard Report – When the 'New page for each employee’ option is checked, a note and employee/company signature lines can be printed below the employee totals. To modify the signature note and configure whether or not to print the line for a company signature or not, go to the Other tab in Company Setup.
· AR Invoice – Added a button on Labor tab of Enter Cost to open the Miscellaneous Wage Manager.
· Sales Lead Tracking Report – Added Reporting Sale Source to report, along with filter, sort, and group options.
· Service Location List Report – Added “last service” information to the report, including last service date, job number, job class, job type, job progress, and invoice amount. The report can be filtered for locations having their last service within a specific date range and the report output can be sorted and/or grouped by last service date, job class, or job type.
· Job Cost Analysis Report – Added an option to include adjustments for value of visits performed and for value of maintenance agreements sold with future visit obligations.
· Customer Purchase Order Number – Added customer purchase order number to several key reports and managers. Includes the Invoice List report, Sales Invoices report, Jobs Taken/Booked report, Calls report, Open Receivables report, AR Aging report, Receivables Manager (Invoices View), and Invoice Manager.
· Purchase Order and Receipt/Vendor Invoice – Added warehouse Bin No to the grids in the Purchase Order and the Receipt/Invoice forms.
· AR Transactions Report – Added Invoice Type (Job, Project, Agreement, Counter Sale) for INV and N-INV type receivables. This will show in both the main transaction information and allocation detail.
· Refrigerant Tracking – Refrigerant tracking allows the user to track the usage and recovery of refrigerant as well as view equipment leak rates for the purpose of follow up inspections and reporting as required by the EPA. For additional information click here
· Campaign Management – SuccessWare®21’s Campaign Management tools allows you to track advertising and its associated expense to show you an accurate Return on Investment (ROI). For additional information click here
· Additional Invoice for Job – Enhancement to assist in making sure that an open, unposted invoice is available when technicians in the field using SWRemote get their job assignments on their device. When there is no invoice available the technician cannot complete the job properly. Users in SW21 will be prompted if they want to create a new invoice in the following situations. a) When adding a new call to a job, either from the job form or from the call (dispatch) center, and there are no open, unposted invoices, b) When posting the only open invoice for a job and the job is in progress, i.e. has open call(s).
