·         Additional Invoice for Job – Enhancement to assist in making sure that an open, unposted invoice is available when technicians in the field using SWRemote get their job assignments on their device.  When there is no invoice available the technician cannot complete the job properly.  Users in SW21 will be prompted if they want to create a new invoice in the following situations. a) When adding a new call to a job, either from the job form or from the call (dispatch) center, and there are no open, unposted invoices, b) When posting the only open invoice for a job and the job is in progress, i.e. has open call(s).

Call Center

On some systems, particularly in the Citrix hosted environment, when scheduling a call via the browse window, sometimes the call could not be dragged onto the board. This was occurring for calls with a long location name which would be truncated in the browse list window and cause the full name to be displayed in a tool tip on top of the list item when mousing over it to select it. The tool tip is now suppressed in order to avoid this interference.

When changing the name of a customer in call taking and selecting the New Owner/Occupant option, for Concern or Other calls only, posting the phone call would fail with 'Post phone call failed' message when the location did not have a carbon copy billing account.

Excel Imports/Exports (Journal Entry import, etc.)

Corrected installed driver detection issue for Imports/Exports that require Microsoft ACE Drivers. In some cases 32-bit drivers were detected as being installed however they were not, or no longer, actually installed. For compatibility the ACE 2010 32-bit drivers are recommended since both 32-bit and 64-bit drivers of the same version cannot be installed at the same time and Office 365 seems to prevent ACE 2016 drivers from installing.
When no compatible ACE driver is detected as being installed the user prompt will indicate the recommended driver for download

Job Notifications

Extended backlog handling to cases where the system was locked (but operational) for an extended period of time. When workstations attempt to process Job Notifications when the service is locked it will now log with a "Skipped" JobNotice event instead of "Completed" when not allowed to run JobNotice. Agent Manager

Setting up the agent password and enabling companies in the agent manager was not enabling the add-on.  The third party connection attempt would fail with "Cannot connect, SuccessWare add-on not enabled”.

Prevent failures in startup if the download of add-on definitions raises an error.  If for some reason the download and import does not complete then the system will use whatever preexisting setup is available.

Fixed bug that would occur when the SuccessWare21 toolbar was positioned on the second monitor of a dual monitor configuration. The dispatch form was opening on the 1st monitor in 800x600.

Selecting more than 16 fields for Sort By (Group By) would often result in an 'Access violation' error or a complete crash of SuccessWare21. A maximum of 16 sort or group fields is now allowed.
