Refrigerant tracking allows the user to track the usage and recovery of refrigerant as well as view equipment leak rates for the purpose of follow up inspections and reporting as required by the EPA. SuccessWare21 includes a Refrigerant Manager to access various functions related to refrigerant tracking such as:
· Identify Cylinders of different types of refrigerant you have at your business
· Tracking usage and recovery (transactions)
· Calculating equipment leak rates
· Track required leak rate follow-up on equipment
· Reporting for transactions and leak rates
Some tracking functions can also be accessed from the Job or Invoice. Reports may be accessed from the manager or Report Gallery.

The Refrigerant Manager and accessed from the main menu in
Customer Service or from the SuccessWare21 main menu bar when the tool bar has
been customized to show the refrigerator icon.

Refrigerant Manager requires Customer Service ability.
Deleting transactions will be logged in the event log.
