will show up for editing on the Estimate tab of project setup, and on all
reports, with a comment indicating it is canceled. Either before or after canceling, you will
probably want to zero out all of the estimate values on the Estimate tab of
project setup.

logged into a Windows administrator user account and open help (F1). Once this is done, help should then work
for any user on the workstation.

conflicting mileage with other entries for the same vehicle. Mileage on service and fuel entries must be
greater then entries on earlier dates and less than entries on later dates.
The initial fuel entry for a vehicle is now omitted
from the Fuel Entry Report since the miles cannot be determined. This entry would throw off the Total Miles
and MPG calculations.
The Miles value on the first fuel entry for a vehicle
now shows blank since there is no previous entry from which to calculate.
Fuel entries now default to IsFullTank=True.
