A/R Statement Dialog

A new statement dialog form has been added to SuccessWare21®. The statement dialog adds a choice of the type of statement to print (Open Item or Balance Forward), as well as additional options that allow flexibility in determining which customer accounts to include or exclude.

Accounts to Print

SuccessWare21® can scan all accounts (batch statements) or print for a single user selected account.

Statement Types

SuccessWare21® now offers a choice of statement style to print:

· Open Item –the original statement style that SuccessWare21® has always printed in the past.

· Balance Forward – a new statement style that uses the “Statement Period”, i.e. beginning and ending statement dates, to determine what items to print. A “balance forward” is calculated as of the beginning statement date and all account activity between the beginning and ending statement dates is printed.

Print Options

Additional options have been added to include or exclude accounts based upon:

o whether the account has a credit balance

o whether the account has a zero balance

o whether the account any activity during the statement period
