If you use SuccessWare21® on the ASP at Western New York Computer Services, all hardware requirements are already in place and ready to go.
Private LAN Installations of SuccessWare21® require internet access for the server and either a static or dynamic IP address with port forwarding to the server. You must consult your Network Administrator, ISP, or contracted network professional if you require assistance in setting this up. Make a note of the type of IP address you get, and if it is static, write that IP address down. You will need this information when configuring the SuccessWare21® Http Service.
In addition, the Vettro Mobile Technician utilizes the SuccessWare21® Http Server and the VettroListener. Both of these have mandatory hardware requirements that must be met to ensure proper operation of the Vettro Mobile Technician Solution.
