· Invoice Manager – Added Salesperson to the grid. It will also allow sort and group by Salesperson when printing the grid report.
· Permits Report, Permit Stages Report – Added location email address to the report.
· Open Receivables Report, Invoice List Report – Added Address2 to billing account address and location address (Service At).
· AR Aging Report – Added Address2 to location address (Service At).
· Pricebook Item Search – Made the grid wider along with the description column. This will be especially useful if the option to include GL Account and Expense Type in the search grid is selected in Company Setup, which reduces the width of the description column.
· Phone Call Report – Allow time slots to be grouped using Job Type in addition to Job Class. For more information about Time Slot Capacity Management.
· Invoice Item Detail Report – Added an option to run the report based upon date range that the invoice was paid in full. This may be useful when using the report to accumulate cost for use tax purposes and use tax is not payable until the invoice is paid. Also added tax code and filtering by tax code to the report.
· Warehouse Tag Manager – Added search filters for Manufacturer and Model No. Added Manufacturer and Model No columns grid for display.
· Time Slot Capacity Management – Allow time slots to be grouped using Job Type in addition to Job Class. For more information about Time Slot Capacity Management click here.
· Location Documents with Dropbox – Changes to accommodate authentication changes to Dropbox for expiring tokens taking effect September 30th. This requires disabling the existing Dropbox addon, now called “Dropbox (deprecated)” and enabling the new ”Dropbox” addon in the Add-On Manager. · Email appointment – Added the location email address to the appointment description in an emailed appointment.
· Invoice Item Detail Report – Added the ability to sort/group by location state, city zip, and zone.
· Assignment Attention – Increased the size of the attention note field from 40 to 100 characters.
· Receivables Manager – Added a filter in the accounts view for accounts with a retainage balance.
· SWAPI - In ARInvoiceUpdate when agreements are created from the field payment information can now be accepted that will carry through to future periodic / recurring payments.
· Sales Lead Tracking Report – Added department for the resulting job created from the sales lead. Added email address to the customer information.

Added messaging when doing default pricing setup to the effect that "part-as-task" and "misc-as-task" pricing is not affected by Standard Surcharge and TOS Amount from the Tasks tab. Those values only affect task price calculations.\ When doing custom pricing setup for a part or miscellaneous category, Standard Surcharge field is now hidden since it is not used for part or miscellaneous price calculations. (TOS Amount was already hidden.) |
