When using the Must Print option on G/L accounts, the reports would include amounts for the Must Print accounts that were outside of the selected range of periods.  This affected any line on the Trial Balance and Income Statement reports and the Current Year Earnings line on the Balance Sheet.  The Trial Balance and Balance Sheet would be out of balance.

The list of available unactivated 'New' agreements was not always refreshed after creating or deleting a new agreement line item on the invoice.

You can modify the post date for G/L Starting Balance entries as long as the date is prior to the G/L Activation Date.  You are also allowed to post separate sets of opening balance entries on varying dates before finalizing.  This allows entering balances for each

month of the current year.

Was sometimes getting a conflict message when a prior open ended entry was in the timecard.  Also, now closes a previous open ended miscellaneous entry.

G/L Setup

If newly added overhead expense accounts were between existing

report group ranges, these accounts would have been excluded from the income statement reports.  The G/L Setup form can no longer be closed if some but not all overhead expense accounts are assigned to expense groups.

Billing Account Detail

When adding a new billing account, and a match was found on name,

address, etc., when the match was selected using the Enter key, the ID lock that was created for the new ID was not being released

When posting a cash receipt from the Receivables Manager while the billing account history was already open, attempting manual allocation would result in the error ‘Cannot make a visible window modal’.  A message is now displayed that manual allocation is not available under these circumstances.

NTC entries would get overlapped up when posting both dispatch and onsite entries from call progress, and there was an existing onsite entry for another call after the current call being updated.

 

Changing the status on miscellaneous entries was creating multiple miscellaneous assignments in the Call Center.

Call Center

After performing an operation on a call, such as Call Progress,

drag-and-drop, etc. or after the timed refresh, the last selected call was automatically un-selected.  You would have to click off the call and back on it in order to reselect it.  The call will now remain selected after these operations.

Call Center

Selecting a record in the assignments or visits grid of the Call Center would result in a 'Field not found' message.  This was caused by a recent change (1.1.0.62) to add City to the Call Info panel at the bottom of the Call Center.

Cash Receipts

If there were two similar payment methods such as 'Cash' and 'Cashier Check', the shorter of the two codes, in this case 'Cash', could not be entered or selected.

Pay Bills

The message 'Nothing is selected' would display after using 'Tag

all' to select invoices to pay.  This was caused by a recent update (1.1.0.63) to make the 'Tag all' function faster.

Removed Reconcile Cash and Reconcile Deferrals options.  There is no

finalization of cash and there is not deferral module - it is part of

receivables.

Check Remittance report

The vendor invoice numbers were not printing on Check Remittance report.  Also, the net amount column was not totaling properly when there were credits taken.
