Invoice and Renewal Notice - Terms & Conditions

Often notes, such as terms and conditions need to be printed on invoices to meet legal requirements.  SuccessWare®21 allows you to configuration of up to three separate notes with titles that will appear on printed or emailed customer invoices as well as a separate set of notes that can be set to appear on agreement renewal notices.

Invoice and Renewal Notice Note Setup

The addition of Invoice and Renewal Notice notes is performed in the Company Setup form.

1.       Go to the Main Menu and select Setup

2.       Click on the Company button

3.       Select the Invoices/Statements/Account Register Tab

4.       Click Edit

5.       Select either the Invoice Notes… or Renewal Notes… button.

a.        In the Notes Setup form you will have a separate tab for each of the three notes that you can add to the invoice or renewal notice.

6.       In the title field enter a Heading Name for the note and enter the note itself in the Note field

7.       Continue to add Notes 2 and 3 if necessary. If you do not want to include those additional notes (or any note for that matter), remove the checkmark on each tab from the “Print Note” checkbox.

8.       Click Save

Printing Notes

Notes enabled for printing will automatically appear on the last page of the invoice.
