SuccessWare®21 has the ability to send job location address information to a certain GPS devices being used by employees. This information includes the customer name, customer address, job number, and scheduled start time.
The following providers are compatible:
- TomTom
- Fleetmatics
- Fleetmatics REVEAL
In the Company Setup form, select the Call Center tab. Click the GPS Setup button. Select your GPS Provider from the dropdown menu. Enter in your account information, supplied by your GPS service provider.
For each Employee with a GPS device, open the Employee Setup form, and select the Address/Phone tab. Enter your GPS Device ID supplied by your GPS service provider.
You may choose to send to GPS as part of the Paging process. If you send a Page from a job to one or more employees assigned to the job, and one or more of those employees have a GPS Device, SuccessWare®21 will prompt you with a request to send job site information to the employees' GPS Devices. The eligible employees will be listed as part of the prompt. If you approve the request, SuccessWare®21 will attempt to send the job location address information to each employee listed.
In the Call Center, right-click an assignment and select the Send to GPS Device menu option. Job site information will be sent to the employee’s GPS device.
In the Job Form, Job Manager, or Call Progress Form, make sure an Assignment is selected, then right-click, and select the Send to GPS Device menu option. The job site information will be sent to the GPS device of the selected employee.
