SuccessWare21® has a feature for displaying notifications from external third party applications that communicate to SuccessWare21® via SWHttpServer (SWAPI). This feature automatically becomes active when a third party application begins submitting notifications via SWAPI.
Note: The automatic activation of this feature relies upon the third party application sending notifications on a regular basis within 30 days of each notification. If 30 days should pass without any notifications, the Agent Notification button will not be displayed. After the next notification, the Agent Notification will reappear.
Once a third party application begins submitting notifications, an Agent Notifications button will appear in the SuccessWare21® Main Toolbar. The image on this button lights up whenever there are new notifications for review.
To review notifications, click on the Agent Notifications button in the Main Toolbar.
