Dual Monitors

If you are running dual monitors on your desktop, SuccessWare21 can be moved from one monitor to the other.

Note: These instructions apply only to LAN users. ASP users manage SuccessWare21 on multiple monitors through the use of Citrix windows.

Moving the Main Toolbar

To move the SuccessWare21 toolbar to the other monitor, right-click on the toolbar, select "Move to", then select the monitor you want to move to.

Moving Other Forms

Other forms in SuccessWare21 can be dragged from one monitor to the other.

Form Positions

Forms opened from the toolbar or the "21" Main Menu will open on the main toolbar's monitor, as will customer and customer related forms (Job, Location, Agreement, etc.).

Other forms will open on the monitor where the currently active form resides. For example, if you open the Inventory Manager it opens up on the main toolbar's monitor. If you drag it to the other monitor, then open a requisition, the requisition will open on the Inventory Manager's (currently active form) monitor.

Call Center

The Call Center when initially opened aligns to the dimensions of the monitor on which the main toolbar resides. The Call Center can be maximized, minimized, resized, and dragged like any other form in SuccessWare21.
