When
I log onto the phone, my calls show up, but new calls assigned to me, during
the day, are not sent to my phone.
· Check to make sure the Vettro agent is enabled in the Agent Manager in SuccessWare21®.
When
I log onto the phone, my calls do not show up.
· Check to make sure your ‘username’ matches your ‘employee code’ found in the employee manager in SuccessWare21®.
· You may have an older version of midas.dll on your server. Run the client install on the server again. This will update the midas.dll to the correct version which should be 6.x. (You can check the version of the file “C:\Windows\System32\midas.dll”.
When I access Setup | Utilities | Administration Tools in
SuccessWare21®, I can’t find the Agent Manager, Http Server Administrator, or
the Vettro Listener Administrator.
· You have not been activated for the Vettro Mobil Technician. Contact SuccessWare and ask for an activation code for the “Vettro Mobil Technican”.
When
I access the Setup | Utilities | Administration Tools | Agent Manager, my agent
(e.g., Vettro, Swiftwire)
is not listed.
· Agents are not listed until they are registered with SuccessWare21. This registration is a automatic process that take place the first time the agent attempts to access the your data. Registration is automatic, but access will be denied until you manually give the agent a password and enable access to the company with the Agent Manager.
“Unable to access SuccessWare's test server.

attempting to access a website.”
· The machine from which you are testing does not have internet access. Contact your network administrator or network technician to ensure internet access.
“The SuccessWare test server received your test request but was unable to connect with this service over the internet as a client. Check to make sure the correct port is open/forwarded to this system.”
· The correct port was not opened/forwarded to the network address for the machine which you are testing. Contact your network administrator or network technician to ensure the correct port forwarding. Verify the IP address of the SuccessWare Http Server and verify that port 2142 is forwarded to that address.
The
service will not start…
· At the SuccessWare21® Server, try “Start | Run “, type cmd and click ok. Enter “java –version” at the command prompt. If you receive a message such as “bad command or filename”, or if the version is older than 1.4.1.02, the required version of Sun’s Java Runtime Environment is not installed.
