Some new features have been added to the call center
· Additional sorting. The call center always allowed you to sort the employee grid by employee code. Now you can sort by employee’s default department and by employee type. You also have an option to display the grouping titles. These options are all on the sorting popup menu accessible by clicking on the sort button at the top of the graphic view.
· The dispatch line is now displayed as a triple line until assignments are onsite. This more clearly identifies assignments in-route.
· Dispatched assignments for the current day will move/float with the current time until they are onsite.
· Dispatched assignments will include the scheduled “S” line. This line indicates the original scheduled time of the assignment (horizontal view only).
· Call center filters now include the option to draw the “S” line for all assignments for review (horizontal view only).
· The horizontal view includes a bold line on the grid to indicate the current time for the current date.
NOTE: The scheduled “S” line and the group title panels could not been implemented in the vertical view due to the graphical display constraints and the way conflicting assignments are handled in that view. The graphical display of the horizontal view is less constraining and allows for more information to be displayed for assignments in addition to the fact that more employees can fit into the view without scrolling. These benefits of the horizontal view make it the preferred call center view among SuccessWare Users.
