Deleting and Merging

You can now delete or merge service locations, billing accounts, and vendors.  Before you can delete or merge any information, you must identify the Location IDs, Billing Account Numbers, or Vendor Numbers to be deleted or merged. 

The merge/delete utilities can be accessed through “Setup | Utilities | Maintenance Tools…”.

NOTE:  You will not be able to delete a location, billing account, or vendor record if certain detail has been created for the record.  Below is a chart for each record type indicating what detail can be deleted and what detail can only be merged:
