Check Print Setup

Two new options have been added to the print setup for checks. Print setup for checks is access by clicking the ‘Print Alignment’ button at the bottom left of the check form.

Use default printer settings

Select this option if you will print checks on your default windows printer, and the paper used is standard 8.5x11.

Use printer dialog

Try this option if you do not print checks on you default windows printer and have trouble printing checks. This option will allow you to select and setup your printer every time you print a check or batch of checks.

Using custom printer settings

You can still use custom printer settings. Just click the printer setup button (at the bottom left of the printer alignment form). This will popup the printer dialog where you can select and setup a specific printer for printing checks. If you setup a custom printer, both the ‘Use default printer settings’ and the ‘Use printer dialog’ will be deselected. When printing checks or batches of checks, this custom printer configuration will be used. When using this option, you will not receive a printer dialog when printing checks.
