Agreement changes

Visit schedule:

The collect per visit and maintenance value per visit amounts are now maintainable at the visit schedule level.  If the value of your maintenance visits varies from visit to visit, you can adjust the amounts on a visit-by-visit basis.  This is useful if the amount of work required varies significantly from visit to visit.  If you are using deferred revenue, you might want to recognize a different amount of revenue at each visit.  Or you may have arranged with your customer to collect a different amount at each visit.

 

In order to modify the per visit amounts, right click in the ‘Visits’ grid on the agreement form and select ‘Visits/Values’.  A popup form appears with expanded information for the visit schedule for the agreement.  The form also shows a summary for comparison with the agreement while the visit schedule values are being maintained.  As with any modifications to the agreement, changes can only be made while setting up the agreement.  Once the agreement is activated, the visit schedule can no longer be modified.
